Initial Booking Consultation

 Our initial conversations most likely will be by phone at which time you will be asked some questions about your pet and what dates you would like our service. 

  If you have more than one pet we will need to fill out a, Pet Information form on each one.  There is no extra cost for more than one pet.

We will set-up an appointment for the
Pet Nanny to meet you and your pet. 
The consult is at no cost. 
It will take30 to 90 minutes. 
 
The packet to be filled out contains:

Service Requested Form
 Pet Information Form,
Veterinary Instructions and Release form,
Legal Considerations Form
  and the Rate Summary.    

While you are completing these forms that are so vital to the care of your pet.
The Pet Nanny will get to know your pet   

Once you have completed the forms we will go through them and answer any questions you may have.   
Then an introduction to your home and yard with instructions will be conducted.  Information on where your pets things are kept and any other tools that will be necessary to complete visits.
 


 

Items needed at consult
1.  All Documents completed and signed.

2. A key, we will provide a keychain and a code.

3. Emergency contact information for yourself and another person in the area of your home to contact if you can not be reached.

4.  A list of items you plan to leave out during Pet Nanny visits (such as paper towels, medicines, etc.)

5.  Medical Information such as allergies or other conditions your pet has or has had.

6. Your trip information, airlines, hotel other necessary information to contact you if necessary.

7. A list of people if you plan to have visitors while your away. Maid, work men, etc.
